No-bake Chocolate Weetbix Bars

These no-bake chocolate Weet-Bix bars are the perfect sweet treat and a great source of fibre. Made with just 5 ingredients, this easy recipe requires no oven and is ready in only 20 minutes — simple, delicious, and perfect for a quick snack or healthier dessert option.

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of medjool dates (soaked)

  • 5 weetbix

  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder

  • 80 grams of dark chocolate chips

  • 10 mL of coconut oil

  • 6 tablespoons of water

Method

  1. Blitz the dates, weetbix and cocoa in a food processor until crumbly, then add water one tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together.

  2. Press the mix firmly into an oiled loaf tin and set aside.

  3. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in the microwave for 30 seconds and pour over the top, smoothing with a spatula.

  4. Freeze for 15 minutes, slice and enjoy!
